How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your preferred item, and click“Add to cart”. When ready, head to checkout and complete your payment securely throughPayPal. SeeHow to Orderfor a full guide.    

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately athomziny@gmail.comor via Live Chat. Once shipped, you can return your order following ourRefund & Return Policy.   

Are all your products new?

Yes — every product sold on our website isbrand new and unused, sourced directly from verified suppliers. 

Do you offer custom or made-to-order furniture?

At this time, we sell only ready-made furniture pieces. Custom orders are not yet available, but we plan to expand in the future.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within theUnited Kingdom only. International shipping is not yet available. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are handled in1 business dayand typically delivered within1–3 business daysacross the UK.    

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs£30 per order, and all parcels aretrackable. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.  

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you atracking linkso you can monitor its progress in real time.  

What if I miss the delivery?

If you’re not home, the courier will leave a card or email with redelivery or collection instructions. Contact the courier directly to reschedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We acceptPayPalonly, which allows secure payments via debit card, credit card, or PayPal balance. For more information, see ourPayment & Billing Policy.   

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken in full at checkout before your order is processed and shipped.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All transactions areencrypted using SSL technologyand securely processed byPayPal. We never store your card or bank details.   

Do you charge VAT?

Yes — all displayed prices include VAT in accordance with UK law.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within30 business daysof delivery. All approved returns receive afree prepaid return label. For more details, see ourRefund & Return Policy.    

Are returns free?

Yes — returns are completelyfreewhen you use our approved return label.  

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within1 business dayafter we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will return to your original payment method (PayPal).  

Do you offer exchanges or replacements?

Yes. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will send areplacementor arrange anexchangeat no additional cost.
