This Payment & Billing Policy explains how HOMZINY processes payments, protects customer billing information, and ensures secure transactions in compliance with UK laws and payment industry standards.

1. Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept payments through PayPal only. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your account balance, linked debit or credit card, or bank transfer.

  • All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout before order dispatch.
  • HOMZINY does not store your full payment details—PayPal handles all secure processing.

2. Secure Transactions

We prioritise your online safety. All payments are transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your information during checkout. PayPal also provides advanced buyer protection and fraud monitoring on every transaction.

3. Billing Information

  • Customers must ensure billing and delivery information are accurate at checkout.
  • Incorrect details may delay processing or delivery.
  • Invoices and receipts are automatically sent via email after a successful transaction.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct typographical errors at any time. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

5. Payment Verification

To prevent fraud, some orders may undergo additional verification by our team. If this occurs, you will be contacted promptly by email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any transaction suspected of unauthorised use or fraudulent activity.

6. Declined or Failed Payments

  • If your payment is declined, please verify your PayPal account balance or linked card status before retrying.
  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received and verified.

7. Refunds & Reversals

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal). Refunds are processed within 1 business day of return approval. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on PayPal’s processing time.

8. Payment Errors

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Filing a dispute with PayPal should be a last resort, as we aim to address all issues directly and fairly.
