How to Order

Ordering from HOMZINY is simple, secure, and transparent. This guide explains every step of the process — from browsing our furniture collections to receiving your delivery.
1. Browse Our Collections
Start by exploring our curated furniture categories — futons, ottomans, shelving, sofas, and storage pieces — all available in the All Products section. Each product page includes photos, detailed descriptions, and current pricing in GBP (£).
2. Add to Cart
Once you’ve found an item you love, select any available options (such as colour or size), then click “Add to cart”. You can review your selections anytime by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Review Your Order
Check your product details, quantities, and delivery address carefully before proceeding to checkout. You can still remove or adjust items at this stage.
4. Checkout Securely
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to enter your delivery information, confirm your shipping method, and proceed to payment.
5. Payment
We currently accept payments via PayPal only. This ensures your transaction is fully encrypted and protected under PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme. You can pay using your account balance, debit/credit card, or bank transfer through PayPal.

6. Shipping & Delivery
- Handling time: 1 business day
- UK delivery: 1–3 business days
- Shipping fee: £30 (trackable)
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

7. Order Confirmation
After checkout, you’ll receive two emails:
- Order confirmation — confirming your payment and order details.
- Shipping confirmation — sent when your order has been dispatched.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 business days. Once approved, we’ll send a free prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 1 business day after inspection.
